Vijayalakshmi KaruppasamyFounder
Vijayalakshmi Karuppasamy, is the Founder of ATIK Energy Solutions, which she started in 2013. During the company’s early years, Vijayalakshmi acted as the sole engineer, Sales officer, and support representative for the entire ATIK Energy Solutions’s platform. In addition to running the company and setting overall strategy, she remains actively involved in many departments of the company that she had previously run herself. Vijayalakshmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from PSG college of Technology, Coimbatore and a Post Graduation in Master of Business Laws from National Law School of India University (NLSIU) , Bangalore.
Vijayalakshmi is a proud District, University level Athlete (Marathon runner) and has won multiple laurels in sports. She is also an avid football and Kho-Kho player. She was awarded as the “Best outgoing sports woman -2011” from PSG College of Technology.
Tamizhanban RamasamyHEAD -TECHNICAL LEAD
With an extensive experience in the industry, Tamizhanban comes with an in-depth experience in Industrial Automation and Embedded systems. No one can define the word ‘Creative’ the way Tamizhanban does. Heading a team of over 10+ creative minds across research ,design, industrial automation and embedded testing tech teams, he is the prime person who streamlines process, manages deliveries and comes up with new ideas and innovations. Tamizhanban is a true industry maverick who has redefined the creative process of product development and Industrial automation.
Tamizhanban holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from PSG college of Technology, Coimbatore and a Post Graduation in Master of Technology in Instrumentation from Indian Institute of Science(IISc), Bangalore.
Tamizhanban has published a research paper in the “international journal Review of Scientific Instruments” ( Paper: “An automated pipette puller for fabrication of glass micro-pipettes”).

Chandra KEnergy Auditor & Analyst
Chandra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG college of Technology, Coimbatore. Chandra is the Certified Energy Auditor from Bureau of Energy Efficiency. She comes with over 10+ years of industry experience with specialization in Energy . She has worked across both India as well as international markets. In her 10+ years stint with Electrical and Energy domain, she has held various senior positions as Associate Manager, Energy Manager, Energy Auditor across different industrial domains including Vedanta group ,GSH India Private Limited, Global Energy Private Limited.
“Data is going to be one of the most valuable Intellectual Property for any brand and technology its greatest enabler”. One of Chandra’s key strengths is that she is very comfortable going deep with data using R, Python and Machine Learning.
